Firefox 주소창에서 Google 검색 결과를 미리 보여주는 Firefox Extension.

Google Web/Local/Video/Blog/News/Book/Image/Patent Search 을 선택할 수 있는 옵션이 있고, 키워드를 지정해 검색할 수 있다. 예를 들어 'wiki'를 입력하고 검색하면 Wikipedia를 검색한다. 키워드는 사용자가 정할 수 있다.

이런 기능은 IE에서 툴바로 찌질하게 구현된 경우가 많았는데, Firefox 3은 주소창에서 방문 기록 검색 결과를 보여주기 때문에 자연스럽게 결합되었다. Google 검색결과는 Favicon이 구글로 표시된다.

Firefox 3에서만 실행.

  1. 우선 128kbps 이하로 AAC 파일을 만든다. iTunes로 가능하다.
  2. 확장자를 M4A에서 M4B로 바꾸어 iTunes에서 읽는다.

결론: 간단한 기능만 사용할 경우 Seashore를, GIMP 기능을 모두 사용하려면 Gimp.app를, Adobe Photoshop에 너무나 익숙한 사람이라면 GIMPshop을.

SHIFT를 누를 상태에서 마우스 포인터를 이동하면 Wikitionary의 검색 내용을 보여준다.

Firefox에서는 맥의 Dictionary를 사용할 수 없어서 불편했는데, 비슷한 효과를 얻을 수 있는 확장기능이다.

상태표시줄의 아이콘을 클릭하면 기능을 ON/OFF 할 수 있다.
